Parkhurst Dining is currently seeking applicants to fill our deli position. This is a guest facing position. Parkhurst Dining is a rapidly growing company with room to advance. Job responsibilities are as following:


  1. Prepare all East Street Deli items to order and in a timely manner.


  1. Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management. The line

is to be garnished properly at all times.


  1. Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.


  1. Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Follows Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.


  1. Post all necessary signage. Merchandise service area.


  1. Follow production sheets to establish proper serving utensils.


  1. Be able to operate and clean all equipment used.


  1. Complete prep needed for the following meal, including box lunches or catering.


  1. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.


  1. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.


  1. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.


  1. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.


  1. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.


  1. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

CAD Technician

Job Description/Duties: National Convention and Trade Show Contractor located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Auto CAD Technician for a Temporary Contract Position.

Stetson Convention Services is required to construct, operate and maintain any event according to the fire marshal approved floor plans. The work performed within this department serves as the building block for a successful event. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and most importantly, the capability of working in a team environment accompanied by the self determination to work independently on projects and goals. Compensation is based on experience.

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain trade show floor plans by working in conjunction with Event & Account Managers, Production Managers and Sales Dept.
  • Effectively communicating with Event Managers and Production Managers to achieve an effective show floor.
  • Produce floor plans and equipment specs with complete counts for use by the production department to ensure accuracy and efficient use of equipment and labor at show site.
  • Convert floor plan to proper format for Stetson employee and customer viewing and saving appropriate updates in show folders.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient system of Share Drive CAD files.


-Must have a degree in Computer Aided Drafting with experience in AutoCAD.

-Must have strong and professional verbal and written communication skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

-Graphic design experience a plus (with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

-3ds MAX experience a plus.
